Some people call us because the cabinets are worn and the counters are stained, and they want the kitchen to feel new without starting over. Others want the whole thing gone: a new layout, an island where a wall used to be, better light and storage that works. Plenty of our calls come from condos and townhouses in Metrotown, Brentwood and Lougheed, where the work has to fit strata rules and a tight space. Many come from older houses in Capitol Hill, South Slope and Burnaby Heights, where a kitchen hasn’t been touched in forty years.
Every project starts the same way. We come out, measure, and listen to how you use your kitchen. Then we plan the layout, help you choose cabinets, counters and tile, and sort out the permits, strata approvals and testing an older home may need, all before anything gets torn out. You get a clear written quote and one person to call from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
We handle design, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, fixtures and IKEA kitchen installs, and we coordinate the plumbing and electrical with licensed trades. It’s your kitchen. We just help you get it right.

City permits where needed, strata approval for condos, and a hazardous-materials check for older homes.

Build
One project lead runs demolition, trades, cabinets, counters, tile and finishing to the schedule.
You get: regular updates and a clean site

Final walkthrough
We go through every door, drawer and fixture with you and fix anything that isn’t right.
You get: a finished kitchen and care notes
Straight talk
What We Won’t Do
- We don’t publish prices we can’t stand behind. Every kitchen gets a written quote after a visit.
- We won’t start demolition in an older home before it has been checked for hazardous materials.
- We don’t do asbestos abatement ourselves; we arrange WorkSafeBC-licensed contractors when it’s needed.
- We won’t push a full remodel when refacing or painting would do the job.
