Kitchen remodels, cabinets, countertops and backsplash for Port Coquitlam homes, planned clearly and built by one team.
Port Coquitlam lies east of Coquitlam along the Lougheed Highway, a family-oriented city with quiet residential streets.
Most homes are detached houses and townhouses from the 1970s onward, with kitchens that need updating for growing families.
We’re a Burnaby kitchen renovation team, and Port Coquitlam is right next door, so we take on kitchens there as well. The way we work is the same: a visit and measure, a clear design, a written quote and one project lead from start to finish.
The main difference is the paperwork. Port Coquitlam has its own permit office and requirements, so we check what your scope needs with the city before work starts, and with your strata if you live in a condo or townhouse.
Everything else stays the same. You get one project lead, licensed plumbers and electricians coordinated for you, a hazardous-materials check before demolition in an older home, and a clean, protected job site at the end of every day. Your Port Coquitlam kitchen gets the same planning as a kitchen two blocks from our Burnaby work.
Services
Local know-how
Islands, pantries and space for homework.
Strata-approved updates.
New fronts on solid boxes.
Fitted, levelled and finished properly.
Port Coquitlam families tend to want practical kitchens: easy-to-clean surfaces, lots of drawers, room for kids at an island, and a layout that works during the morning rush. Many homes here were built in the 1970s and 1980s, so we check electrical capacity and older materials before opening walls. Townhouse owners get help with strata approvals too.
