We want every homeowner to be happy with how they were treated. If something isn’t right, please tell us.

How to make a complaint

1. Call 778-513-6297 or email hello@kitchenrenovationburnaby.com with your name, address area, and what went wrong.
2. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within two business days.
3. We’ll look into it, talk with you and the people involved, and propose a fix.
4. We aim to resolve complaints within fourteen days, and we’ll keep you updated if it takes longer.

You can contact Consumer Protection BC for information about your rights, or the Civil Resolution Tribunal for small claims disputes in British Columbia.
